Thank you for supporting Uncanny Valley, a celebration powered by passion and community spirit. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. Ticket Sales Are Non-Refundable
Uncanny Valley operates with upfront investment. All ticket revenue is spent immediately on essentials such as toilets, marquees, and artist fees. As such, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. Your ticket supports the creation of this temporary magical world—thank you.2. Secure and Resale Policy - Up until 14 days of the event
If you are no longer able to attend, we encourage you to rehome your ticket privately (e.g., via Twickets). Tickets may be transferred for a £2 admin fee by contacting info@contingencyproductions.co.uk. We do not operate an official resale platform. We reserve the right to refuse transfer, and each situation will require approval and you are only able to do so with 14 days to the event.3. No Scalping or Third-Party Selling
Tickets must not be sold above face value or through unauthorised sellers. Any attempts at ticket scalping, duplication, or fraud will void entry.4. Community Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to uphold Uncanny Valley’s values of mutual respect, inclusion, and care for others and the land. You enter the event at your own risk, in a space designed for shared creative expression.5. Transfers & Entry Name Policy
If transferring a ticket, the new attendee must be named by contacting info@contingencyproductions.co.uk. Entry will only be granted to the person named in our accreditation system. Attempts to use another person’s ticket without authorisation may result in refusal of entry.6. Conditional Entry
This is a private event. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke entry based on breach of values or conduct inconsistent with the collective wellbeing of attendees. Ticket purchase does not guarantee access to specific experiences, lineups, or content.Thank you for supporting the portal.
